About Vi
A Little More About Me
I am a Provisional Psychologist who supports adults in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and a range of mental health concerns. I have experience working with individuals across life stages, including those experiencing relationship challenges, life transitions, and complex family dynamics.
I am passionate about supporting adults to build self-awareness, strengthen self-esteem, and develop skills to manage overwhelming emotions and tolerate uncertainty. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, with a focus on creating a safe and non-judgemental space.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, and engage in ongoing professional development in IFS, narrative therapy, and schema therapy.
