Funding Options
NDIS Funding
Therapy Hub is a registered NDIS provider. If you have NDIS funding for therapy supports, we can provide occupational therapy, psychology, physiotherapy, and speech pathology as part of your plan.
About NDIS Funding
Supporting NDIS Participants Across Perth
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to Australians under 65 with a permanent and significant disability, to help them access the supports they need to live, work, and participate in the community. Therapy Hub is a registered NDIS provider, which means we can work with participants across all plan management types, including NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed plans.
Allied health therapy supports funded by the NDIS are primarily drawn from a participant's Capacity Building budget, specifically under the Improved Daily Living category. From 1 July 2025, therapy supports must be funded from Capacity Building budgets and can no longer be drawn from Core supports.
We work with participants, families, support coordinators, and plan managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process and meaningful progress toward your NDIS goals. Not sure if your funding covers our services? Our admin team can help. Call us on (08) 6384 7040 or enquire online.
What We Offer
NDIS-Funded Services at Therapy Hub
Our clinicians work with NDIS participants of all ages and disability types. All therapy supports are delivered in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and aligned to your plan goals.
Occupational Therapy
OT is one of the most commonly funded therapy supports under the NDIS. Our OTs support daily living skills, sensory processing, assistive technology assessments, home modification reports, functional capacity assessments, and community participation.
Psychology
Our psychologists provide evidence-based therapy for mental health conditions, behavioural presentations, trauma, anxiety, and adjustment difficulties related to disability. Psychology supports are funded under Capacity Building and can include individual and group therapy.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy under the NDIS focuses on improving mobility, physical function, and independence. Our physiotherapists work with participants with neurological, musculoskeletal, and other physical conditions affecting their ability to participate in daily life.
Speech Pathology
Speech pathology supports communication, language, and social skills. Our speech pathologists work with NDIS participants across a wide range of conditions including autism, acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, and intellectual disability.
Assessments and Reports
Many NDIS participants require formal assessments to access or review their funding. Therapy Hub provides functional capacity assessments, assistive technology assessments, home modification assessments, and other reports to support your NDIS planning and review.
Plan Management
We Work With All Plan Management Types
Your NDIS plan can be managed in three different ways. Therapy Hub accepts participants under all three management types.
NDIA-Managed
The NDIA manages your funding and pays providers directly. You must use registered providers only. As a registered NDIS provider, Therapy Hub can accept NDIA-managed participants and invoice the NDIA directly via the NDIS portal.
Plan-Managed
A registered plan manager holds and manages your funding on your behalf. You have more flexibility in choosing providers, including both registered and unregistered providers. We invoice your plan manager, who then pays Therapy Hub on your behalf.
Self-Managed
You manage your own NDIS funding and can choose any provider, registered or not. You pay Therapy Hub directly and then claim reimbursement from the NDIA. We can provide itemised invoices in the correct format for your self-managed claims.

Fees and Pricing
NDIS Pricing at Therapy Hub
All NDIS services at Therapy Hub are priced in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL). Here is what you need to know.
NDIS price limits
NDIS pricing is set by the NDIA and updated annually. Current price limits (from 1 July 2025) include occupational therapy at $193.99/hr, psychology at $232.99/hr, physiotherapy at $183.99/hr, and speech pathology at standard allied health rates. We charge at or below the NDIS price limit for each service.
Service Agreements
Before we begin, we will ask you to sign a Service Agreement. This document sets out the supports we will provide, the agreed price, and how your funding will be managed. NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants require a Service Agreement before invoicing can begin.
Cancellation policy
The NDIS allows providers to charge for short-notice cancellations (less than 2 business days notice) at up to 100% of the agreed session fee. Our cancellation policy is explained in your Service Agreement. We understand that things come up and will always work with you where possible.
Travel and non-face-to-face time
NDIS funding can cover reasonable travel time for mobile and community-based sessions, and non-face-to-face time such as report writing, case conferences, and coordination. These are charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and are included in your Service Agreement.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Therapy Hub need to be named in my plan?
No. The NDIS gives participants flexibility to choose their own providers. Your plan may include funding for therapy supports without naming a specific provider, which means you are free to choose Therapy Hub as your provider without needing to change your plan.
What budget does therapy come from?
Therapy supports at Therapy Hub are funded from your Capacity Building budget, under the Improved Daily Living category. From 1 July 2025, therapy supports can no longer be funded from Core supports budgets.
Can I use multiple therapists for different goals?
Yes, the NDIS can fund a multidisciplinary team where each therapist is addressing different goals. However, the NDIS will not fund two therapists working on the same goal. We work collaboratively with other providers in your team to ensure supports are coordinated and complementary.
Can I access services via telehealth?
Yes. NDIS-funded telehealth sessions are available for most of our therapy services. Telehealth can be a great option if you are unable to travel to a clinic, live outside our service area, or simply prefer the convenience of remote sessions. Contact our team to discuss availability.
What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
For NDIA-managed plans, please bring your NDIS participant number and plan details. For plan-managed plans, please bring your plan manager's contact details and your plan dates and budget information. For self-managed plans, bring your participant number so we can provide correctly formatted invoices.
Can Therapy Hub help with my NDIS plan review?
Yes. Our clinicians can provide progress reports, functional assessments, and supporting evidence to assist with your NDIS plan review. If you have an upcoming review, let your therapist know well in advance so we can prepare the documentation you need in time.
