We make the referral process simple. Whether you are a GP, support coordinator, employer, insurer, or school, our team is ready to work with you to get your client the support they need.
Who Can Refer
We Accept Referrals From a Wide Range of Professionals
Therapy Hub works with a broad network of referrers across Western Australia. Whether you are a GP writing a Mental Health Care Plan, a support coordinator sourcing services for an NDIS participant, an employer managing a return to work, or a school seeking allied health support for a student, we are here to help.
You do not need a formal referral letter to get started. Simply complete the form below or give us a call and our admin team will take it from there.
GPs and Medical Practitioners
Refer clients for psychology under a Mental Health Care Plan, physiotherapy, OT, or speech pathology under a Chronic Disease Management Plan.
NDIS Support Coordinators and Plan Managers
We are a registered NDIS provider offering OT, psychology, physiotherapy, speech pathology, positive behaviour support, and functional capacity assessments.
Employers and HR Teams
Refer employees for injury management, return to work support, workplace assessments, or our Employee Assistance Program.
Insurers and Case Managers
We accept referrals under Workers Compensation, the Insurance Commission of WA (ICWA), DVA, and motor vehicle accident schemes.
Schools and Education Staff
Refer students for OT, speech pathology, or psychology support. Our clinicians can visit schools directly or see students at our clinic locations.
Allied Health Professionals
Refer clients to our multidisciplinary team for collaborative care. We welcome co-management arrangements and are happy to liaise with your team directly.
