How to Fund Your Therapy
Therapy Hub works with a wide range of funding types so that cost is not a barrier to getting the support you need. Whether you are self-funded, hold a government card, or are accessing support through the NDIS or workers compensation, we can help you understand your options.

We Accept Many Different Funding Types
Many clients are unsure which funding option applies to them, or may not realise they are eligible for subsidised services. We have put together a guide to each funding type we accept so you can find the right option for your situation. If you are still not sure, our admin team is always happy to help you work it out before your first appointment.

Funding Options
Choose Your Funding Type
Select the funding option that applies to you to learn more about eligibility, what is covered, and how to get started.
NDIS
For participants with NDIS funding for therapy supports. Therapy Hub is a registered NDIS provider accepting all plan management types.
Medicare
For clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, Chronic Disease Management Plan, or autism-specific Medicare pathway. A gap fee applies.
Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)
For veterans and eligible dependants holding a DVA Gold Card or White Card. No gap fees for approved treatment at Therapy Hub.
Workers Compensation
For workers injured at work. Covers private sector employees through WorkCover WA and WA government employees through ICWA.
Motor Vehicle Accident (ICWA)
For people injured in a motor vehicle accident in WA. Covers drivers, passengers, pedestrians, and cyclists. Claims officer approval required.
Private Health Insurance
For clients with Extras cover. Claim your rebate on the spot via HICAPS at your appointment. Gap payment may apply depending on your policy.
Aged Care
For older Australians accessing allied health through private fees, Medicare, or DVA. Services also available through contracted aged care providers.
Self-Funded / Private
You can access any of our services without a referral or funding scheme by paying privately. Contact our admin team for current fees before your appointment.

Our admin team speaks with clients every day who are unsure which funding type applies to them. If you are not sure whether you qualify for NDIS, whether your Medicare plan covers our services, or which insurer to contact, just give us a call before your first appointment and we will help you figure it out.
