I am a neurodivergent Occupational Therapist committed to providing holistic, gender- and neuro-affirming support. I find purpose in guiding families through evidence-based approaches, empowering parents, advocating, and fostering team collaboration.
I am invested in supporting neurodivergent children and teens as they develop an authentic and positive neurodivergent identity. I believe that understanding and celebrating who you are is foundational to meaningful participation in everyday life.
I live, learn, and work on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja.

Supporting neurodivergent children and teens who experience differences in sensory processing โ developing strategies that improve regulation, comfort, and participation at home and school.
Executive Functioning
Building planning, organisation, task initiation, and flexible thinking skills to support neurodivergent young people in managing daily life, school, and transitions with greater confidence.
Emotional Regulation
Supporting children and teens to understand their emotions, develop self-regulation strategies, and build resilience โ with a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach.
Transition to Adolescence
Supporting neurodivergent young people through the significant identity and life changes of adolescence โ fostering a positive, authentic sense of self and building skills for greater independence.
Mealtimes Therapy
Working with children and families experiencing mealtime difficulties โ including selective eating and sensory-based food refusal โ using evidence-based, low-pressure approaches.
Self-Care Routines
Supporting neurodivergent children and teens to develop independence in self-care tasks โ building skills and establishing consistent, manageable routines that work for each individual.
