About Erin
A Little More About Me
I am a physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move well, feel strong, and build confidence in their bodies at every stage of life. I enjoy working with both children and adults, creating therapy that is engaging, meaningful, and tailored to each individual.
I have experience supporting children with developmental needs including motor delays, low muscle tone, hypermobility, torticollis, and toe walking, as well as working with adults in injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and postnatal recovery. I have a strong interest in early intervention and women's health, and love seeing small wins build into lasting progress.
My approach is collaborative and client-centred, with a focus on practical, achievable strategies that fit into everyday life. Whether in the clinic, at home, or during play, my goal is to create a positive environment where every client feels comfortable, capable, and confident.
