About Catrina
A Little More About Me
I am an occupational therapist with experience working across the full lifespan โ from children and adolescents through to adults and older adults โ within the NDIS and disability sector, and across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
I am passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice and supporting clients of all ages to build independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday life. Whether I am working with a young child on their first handwriting goals, supporting a teenager navigating school and social life, or helping an older adult maintain the routines that matter most to them, I bring the same genuine commitment to every client I work with.
I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science from UWA and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Curtin University, and I bring a holistic, person-centred lens to every aspect of my practice. I value taking the time to truly understand each person's world โ their goals, their routines, and what a good day looks like for them.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll find me cooking, working on a DIY project, or sharing a matcha with my identical twin sister โ who is, fittingly, also an allied health professional!
