Therapy Hub is a multidisciplinary allied health practice based in Perth, Western Australia. We bring together occupational therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and speech pathologists under one roof — making it easier for clients and families to access the range of support they need, all in one place.
We work with people of all ages and backgrounds — from young children taking their first steps toward independence, to adults navigating injury or disability, to older Australians wanting to stay active and engaged in their communities. Whatever brings you to us, you will be met with warmth, respect, and a genuine commitment to your goals.

We Are a Registered NDIS Provider
Therapy Hub is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We accept participants across all plan management types — NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed — and provide therapy supports funded under your Capacity Building budget.
Our team works with participants, families, support coordinators, and plan managers to make the most of your NDIS funding. We provide progress reports, end-of-plan reports, and supporting evidence for plan reviews.

Mobile Services
Our clinicians can come to you. Whether you are at home, at school, in the workplace, or in the community, our mobile service brings allied health to where it is most meaningful for you.
Mobile visits are available within a 15-minute radius of each of our four clinic locations across Perth.

Can't make it to a clinic? Many of our services are available via secure video call. Telehealth is a convenient option for clients who find travel difficult, live outside our service area, or simply prefer remote sessions.
