Our Assessment Process
Referral Submission: Submit via our online form, email, or call 0863847040 to book.
Assessment Appointment: Complete a clinical off-road assessment (vision, cognition, physical skills) and an on-road assessment in a dual-control vehicle for safety.
Detailed Report: Receive a peer-reviewed report with recommendations sent to your practitioner and the Department of Transport within agreed timelines.
